Topside Maintenance

We have a multi-disciplined team of engineers from mechanical, structural, civil, electrical, instrumentation, process and piping. We undertake the critical works of hook-up and commissioning for various systems on offshore platforms. These include the electrical & instrumentation systems, structural modifications and structural fabrications, piping including special alloys and hydro-testing, mechanical equipment, firefighting, shutdown and test systems, living quarters and other associated services.

Transportation & Installation

Saujana Marine’s multi-disciplined team have many years of experience in complex marine operations, and can provide valuable early planning consultation to optimise the solutions with regard to vessel and equipment selection, structural design and procedures. Subsequent engineering comprises analysis and design associated with all temporary phases of marine operation from loadout to transportation to installation. Through our strategic engineering arm, we are able to perform related calculations and analysis.

Hook-up & Commissioning

Riding on the multi-disciplined team available to Saujana Marine, we are capable of delivering full scale Hook Up & Commissioning to clients, be it in greenfield or brownfield environment. Supported by our extensive network of marine asset owners, third party specialists and shore based fabrication support, Saujana Marine is confident in offering all rounded solutions at a competitive rate.
